Disclosures IO integrates with your MLS Listing.  The will allow you to easily share the disclosure package, send a group message to all that have requested a package, as well as view the Activity of those who have viewed the disclosures.*  Excellent for reporting to your Sellers.  Simply add me as a Team Member and I'll be able to help create/modify your disclosure package.  *These features only come with the paid version.

DocuSign  Digital signing program.  Securely upload documents for signatures from anywhere - access via smartphone, tablets, laptops for easy signing without need for print, scan or fax to return

Note:  Many brokerages work with their own proprietary program.  Please check that they allow access to outside TCs.
